Responsibility:
1. Receive orders and track delivery status;
2. Create a statement of account and confirm with the customer;
3. Timely handle customer needs and assist salespeople in handling customer related matters;
4. Organize the customer's verified statement and submit it to the finance department for invoice issuance;
5. Other customer service work.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, with at least two years of experience in customer service or tracking work;
2. Proficient in operating office software;
3. Good service awareness and communication skills.
4. Priority given to understanding, listening, and speaking Cantonese
